1. Who we are
This service ("AI Visibility Scan", "we", "us") is operated by ƒloWork.AI (Joakim Branting), based in Sweden. You can reach us at info@floworkai.com.
2. What the service does
We provide an automated technical scan of a website you submit. The free scan reports a deterministic readiness score and your highest-impact gaps. The paid audit (USD 49, one-time) checks up to ten representative public pages and returns a prioritized, implementation-ready fix plan by email.
3. What the service does not do
- The audit checks deterministic signals visible in public HTTP responses. It is guidance — not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, indexing, or recommendation by any platform.
- Findings are heuristics and may require human verification, especially for JavaScript-rendered content.
- We do not implement changes on your website unless a separate done-for-you service is explicitly agreed.
4. Acceptable use
By submitting a URL you represent that you own the website or are authorized to request a technical scan of it. You agree not to use the service to attack, overload, or probe systems you are not authorized to test, and not to abuse, automate, or resell the service without our written permission.
5. Payment and refunds
The paid audit costs USD 49, charged once via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout. Because the audit is generated and delivered automatically, refunds are handled as follows: if your paid report fails to be generated or delivered, contact us at info@floworkai.com and we will deliver it or refund you in full. Other refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
