1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this service is ƒloWork.AI (Joakim Branting), based in Sweden. For any privacy question or request, contact joakimbranting@floworkai.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Website URL you submit — used solely to run the scan you requested.
- Your email address (only if you buy a paid product) — used to deliver your order and provide support.
- Payment details — entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical request data (e.g. IP address) — used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.
2b. Business outreach (B2B prospects)
We occasionally contact companies by email with a scan of their own public website. For this we use business contact addresses collected from public sources (the company's own website), processed under legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f) and limited to professional-role contact details. If you ask us not to contact you again, your address is added to a suppression list so no further messages are sent. You can request access or erasure at any time via joakimbranting@floworkai.com.
3. How long we keep it
Free scan results are not stored persistently on our servers. Your paid report is generated and emailed to you; we do not retain a server-side copy beyond what is needed to deliver it. Email and transaction records are retained only as long as needed for support and legal/accounting obligations.
4. Who processes data for us (sub-processors)

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Legal basis
We process your data to perform the service you request (contract), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), in accordance with the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact joakimbranting@floworkai.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority (IMY).
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
