1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this service is ƒloWork.AI (Joakim Branting), based in Sweden. For any privacy question or request, contact info@floworkai.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Website URL you submit — used solely to run the scan you requested.
- Your email address (only if you buy the audit) — used to deliver your report and provide support.
- Payment details — entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical request data (e.g. IP address) — used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.
3. How long we keep it
Free scan results are not stored persistently on our servers. Your paid report is generated and emailed to you; we do not retain a server-side copy beyond what is needed to deliver it. Email and transaction records are retained only as long as needed for support and legal/accounting obligations.
4. Who processes data for us (sub-processors)

We process your data to perform the service you request (contract), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), in accordance with the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@floworkai.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority (IMY).
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
